On your next trip to the South of France, slow down and spend a day in Saint-Tropez. Start by the Mediterranean before making your way through the town’s narrow streets, pausing on the Vieux Port for a café at Sénéquier. Stray among the locals buying fresh fruit at the market or playing pétanque on the main square, before heading uphill to Hôtel Ermitage for the best sunset view—and don’t forget to ease into the French way of life with a few glasses of rosé along the way.
